The global ISO 9001 standard outlines all requirements of a quality management system. This most general formulation of requirements allows its application on enterprises and organizations from all commercial, industrial and public sectors. DIN EN ISO 9001:2015 creates the basis for a sustainable and expedient positioning of enterprises on global markets. The fact that an enterprise verifies having met all the requirements this standard sets, will strengthen its corporate image and the basis of trust it has built up with clients and other stakeholders.

It is a claim we strive to always satisfy so that you, our clients, are satisfied. Smooth processes are as important for good service as they are for all aspects of good customer relationships. We genuinely wish to get to know and understand our clients even better so that we can gear our internal workflows toward you and your requirements, and will be able to optimize them at any time. Therefore, we have begun to undergo the certification process in accordance with DIN EN ISO 9001:2015 and DIN EN ISO 17100:2016 in autumn 2020.

ISO 9001 – officially certified quality

The international ISO 9001:2015 standard defines the requirements of a corporate quality management system. In the course of this certification, the management and process management system will be reviewed.

The scope of the certificate comprises

  • consultancy services for terminology and translation management
  • performance of terminology services
  • collaboration in the provision of controlled vocabularies
  • performance of trainings and workshops

Complying with statutory provisions and guidelines which constitute the framework for action in our society is a matter of course for us – this creates economic and financial security even beyond the requirements of ISO 9001.
